HM GUI is an editing engine, not a service. It runs where your photos already are.
on-device
Editing, face analysis and cut-outs run locally. On Apple devices the engine uses Apple's on-device Vision models. No photo is uploaded to edit it.
no tracking
The engine collects nothing and calls no analytics. This website sets no cookies and has no analytics or forms.
face data stays put
Face geometry is used only to place retouching tools. It is not used to identify anyone. Apps built on HM GUI decide whether any of it leaves the device, and must get consent where the law requires it.
verified models
Optional AI models are checked against pinned SHA-256 checksums before use. Every model has a license that allows commercial use, and every tool keeps a model-free fallback.
retouching, not impersonation
The face tools beautify and clean up the photo you are editing. HM GUI does not swap faces and is not built to impersonate anyone.
private source
The source code is proprietary and kept in a private repository. Access is granted by license only.
