HM GUI, including the hmcore and HMCoreKit engines, is proprietary software of HoneyMotion Inc. All rights reserved. Use requires a written license from HoneyMotion Inc.

independent work

HM GUI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Adobe. Photoshop is a trademark of Adobe. Other product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility, such as reading and writing PSD files.

HM GUI's code was written by HoneyMotion from published research and public file-format documentation. It contains no code from Adobe products, and no code under the GPL or AGPL.

third-party components

HM GUI uses open-source components under permissive licenses (BSD, MIT, Apache-2.0), including NumPy, Pillow, OpenCV, SciPy, tifffile and ONNX Runtime. It also uses optional AI models: YuNet (MIT) and U²-Net (Apache-2.0). The full list and license texts ship with every build in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
